Since we are a referral hospital, you will need to be referred by your local veterinarian before making an appointment to visit us. Dogs must have been given rabies vaccination in advance, as a rule, prior to their being brought to our hospital. If a patients has not had rabies vaccination, please consult your local veterinarian.

On The Day You Visit Us

Reception
Please fill in an information sheet at your initial visit, and submit it to the reception desk. According to the information provided, we prepare a medical record and a hospital card. Please bring your the hospital card at each visit. Despite the advance appointment system being in place, please note in advance that the order of the appointment may change or you may have to wait longer under some circumstances.

Medical Examination
We will call your name from the examination rooms. Please prepare the history of the patient animal.Blood/body fluid tests, general X-ray tests, CT/MRI and other tests will be performed depending on the condition of the patients.

Examination Results and Treatments
We inform you the results of the examination and therapeutic options. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask us. The attending veterinarian will explain what you need to know in detail.

Communication to Your Local Veterinarians

The medical care for your pets needs a cooperative relationship with your local veterinarian. Thus, we will report the details of your pets'conditions to your local veterinarian. It would then be convenient for you to consult your local veterinarian whenever you have any concerns.

Re-Checks

You can make the next appointment with a veterinarian in attendance or at the reception if a patient animal needs regular check-up.
